June is National Employee Wellness Month, and it’s a great time to take account of how your organization is doing on this front.
We all know that good health and well-being are essential to employees’ stress levels, attendance, and productivity, among other factors. And, overall, employees are reporting themselves to be in better health than they were in recent years.
However, there’s still plenty of room for improvement.
Employees report that they want more education on how to make healthy choices. They want to feel that their employers are actively encouraging their good health. They also want wellness programs they can specifically relate to.
